Delivery Cost, Methods & Times.

Digital Files - An automatic email will be sent with a link to enable files to be instantly downloaded as soon as payment has cleared.

Alternatively there is the option to log into your account at any time to re-download your designs.

Embroidered Goods  – We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of cleared payment. An email will be sent when we dispatch your order. Items destined for UK are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class & delivery charges are included in the price.  For European destinations charges are based on the weight of the items.

Purchases over £25 will require a signature on receipt.

UK Items are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class & included in the item price. Eurpoean postage charges are based on the weight of the items and will be calculated at checkout.

Purchases over £25 will be sent recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt.

We do post worldwide, however we have only published European postage rates.

If you would like to buy from further afield contact us and we will give you quotation for shipping.

Parcels going overseas may be liable for custom duties, taxes and clearance fees. BowBlueBell cannot be held responsible for any of these, as it is the responsibility of the addressee.

 

Returns Policy.

Digital Files - No Refunds or Exchanges can be made on digital files

Embroidered Goods- We regret that we cannot exchange or refund items that have been altered at the customer's request e.g. personalisation, special colours, but if the goods purchased are faulty or defective in any way then these can either be replaced or a refund given.

Please contact us before returning the goods in their original condition and a refund of the goods will be provided by the same route that payment was made.

Regrettably we are unable to process replacement or refund for non arrival of goods until 15 working days have elapsed.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
